OVERVIEW
Andrejs Everitt arrived at Visy Park after being traded from Sydney in exchange for pick 32 in the 2013 trade period.

Since making his debut for the Blues in Round 1, Everitt has proved his versatility in attack, defence and run-with roles.

He managed 17 games for the season before a knee injury suffered in Round 18 saw the 25-year-old sidelined for the remainder of the year.

However having made a full recovery, Carlton faithful can look forward to seeing more of Everitt in 2015.

HE SAID IT
"I think the main thing was that Mick came up and saw me. He made the case as to why I should be in the Carlton jumper and it really hit home that I wanted to come back and play in Melbourne, and this is the team for me."

- Everitt speaking after being traded to Carlton.

THEY SAID IT
"Players come to your club with a certain strength and that's why you go and get them, and you'd like to give them opportunity… and then you want to add on to their game if you can. And that's not for one moment minimising the feat they had with the other club, but in his case I think he's developed another string to his bow."

- Mick Malthouse speaking about Everitt in May, 2014.

SEASON HIGHLIGHT
